HLT2 and Sprucing lines configuration for PbPb/PbSMOG.

A first draft of heavy ions hlt2/sprucing for PbPb and PbSMOG lines is put in lines/iftPbPb. An option file that runs all the lines with the PbPb sequence has been added Hlt2Conf/options/hlt2_PbPb_default.py
