increase D0 mass range and rename ProbeAndLongMatcher

Increase D0 mass range for the hadronic interaction lines as first tests with data show that the current range is too small. This can be changed back once the resolution gets better with the data quality.

Change name of ProbeAndLongMatcher to avoid confusion. Depends on Rec!3333 (merged).
