Add detached dimuon Jpsi and psi2s lines to full stream

  • separate detached Jpsi and Psi2S lines from charmonium_to_dimuon.py to charmonium_to_dimuon_detached.py
  • add dimuon Jpsi and Psi2S lines to full stream
  • change to PersistReco=True for B2CC lines that need flavour tagging
  • change the confusing Tight name for prompt lines to Prompt
