Update HltEfficiencyChecker docs for MooreAnalysis!119
MooreAnalysis!119 (merged) changes the HLT2 line used in lots of the examples, so I update the example printouts and code. Also update the other printouts while here.

Add warning for people of incorrect rates and efficiencies following MooreAnalysis!116 (merged)(done in !2274 (merged)), -
Wait for MooreAnalysis!118 (merged) as it will incur some minor examples changes?
