Charm Hlt2 lines for SL decays of charmed hadrons from beauty

This request intend to add SL decays of charmed hadrons (e.g. Lambda_c, D and Ds) from beauty. Parts of SL decays here may be covered by other request (like !1289 (merged)) but different tags for charmed hadrons are used.

The full list for the Hlt2 lines and their rates are attached in the file:rates.txt

You can also refer to documentation in the added files for the list of lines.

Using hlt1filtered_minbias_sample to estimate the rates, we obtain the total rate for all these newly added lines of 934 Hz (8 Hz per line on average, 123 lines in total).
