Add Allen PV mc checking test

  • add new qmtest running the PrimaryVertexChecker on PVs reconstructed by Allen: allen_gaudi_pv_with_mcchecking
  • fix bug in the hlt1_hlt2_comparison test: velo tracks from VeloClusterTrackingSIMD were used as input for the Allen PVs object until now, fixed this to use Allen velo tracks
