Tighten PID line cuts & add dielectron lines

  • Tighten D* PID, lowering the rate by 55%
  • Add dielectron lines.
  • Reinstate track chi2/ndof cuts (the distributions now look reasonable; the cuts remove ~5% of the events)

The expected line rate for DstToD0Pi_D0ToKPi is ~5 kHz.
