Draft: Add Bds->KSKS LL hlt2 line

MR adds a single HLT2 line, selecting B0/B_s0->KSKS where both KS are reconstructed with Long tracks.

Tentative lines selecting LD and DD decays are present in another draft MR (!2291 (merged)). These are not implemented here because they show zero acceptance and still need some debugging.

This separate MR is created in order to have LL line merged before 1st of June deadline.

Rate of line with current selections, compute with MooreAnalysis, exploiting upgrade_minbias_hlt1_filtered is:
