Global muon geometry change and cleaned up calo_raw_bank in option files

Nicole Schulte requested to merge qmt_test_fix into master

Changed the global muon geometry from v2 to v3 and added a bind to all qmt test that require version 2. We also removed calo_raw_banks=True from option files that use it due to recent changes in master.

Also here is the list of tests that needed adjustment for the change, as requested:
