Extend generic line test

Ying Liu requested to merge yingl_genericline_test into master

Following the discuss in Issues#566, we want to disentangle HLT2 tests from the PWG selection. The generic line is extended to cover I/O persistency, streaming, flavour tagging and basic selection plus special corner cases which depend on PWG code.
