Adding additional functions and tests to check the output of 2022 data sprucing, for both exclusive and passthrough data.

Implemented:

  • Check the banks of sprucing 2022 data is properly persisted, including DstData, HltDecReports, HltSelReports and ODIN.
  • Check decreports
  • Check particles and relations of fired lines.
