Running the seeding by itself is a quick diagnosis tool of things happening in the FT. This standalone function helps checking efficiencies quickly as well as basic track quantities.

Example on how to use:

./Moore/run gaudirun.py Moore/Hlt/Moore/tests/options/default_input_and_conds_hlt2.py Moore/Hlt/RecoConf/options/hlt2_reco_seeding_with_mcchecking.py

The two ROOT files contain similar information.
