Add Upsilon/Z lines for TURCAL
Goes with: lhcb-datapkg/PRConfig!337 (closed)
Adds lines to record upsilon & Z -> mu mu events for generic calibration purposes. @mvesteri @zexu @poluekt
Will be undrafted as soon as we have some numbers on the rates.
For 2024, that means in terms of bandwidth:
- Approx 0MB/s to Turbo
- Approx 0MB/s to Full
- < 1 MB/s to TURCAL
