Wrap ups for 2022/2023 (re)processing

  • Fail when persistreco is not set according to stream. The way of setting persistreco introduced with !2358 (merged) did not really work as it is done after the line control flow is defined.
  • Fix persistreco for FULL and TURCAL lines
  • Add functor cache for 2023 and 2022 reprocessing sequences
  • Add test for reprocessing
  • Add/adapt test for running HLT2 on real data (test_lbexec_hlt2_pp_commissioning_data writes dst in a single stream...)
