Ignore 'None' data in phoenix_check.py

Probably not the long term fix, but that might require changes to Gaudi::Monitoring::Hub which will take a while to deploy, so until then just ignore None data in the check.

This is now the last Moore test systematically failing in the dd4hep slots, so I want to get a fix out a.s.a.p for it.
