B&Q: Spruce: add hlt2_filter as input to certain Sprucing lines

adding specific hlt2_lines to filter on.

  • filter on 'Hlt2_JpsiToMuMuDetached' and 'Hlt2_Psi2SToMuMuDetached' for 'automatically created' 'HbToPsiX' lines and several individual B->psiX lines.
  • filter on Hlt2BandQ_B*ForSpectroscopy(SL) lines for 'automatically created' lines 'BX' (see !2234 (merged)). Right now it uses a cocktail of lines to filter on, so in principle further optimization is possible (though less trivial).
