Rearrange IFT lines into Full and Turbo streams for 2022 and 2023 data

Oscar Boente Garcia requested to merge oboenteg-make-ift-full-stream into master

IFT femtoscopy lines are kept in the Turbo stream, while SMOG2 lines are sent to Full (for further sprucing). To be merged asap, so it enters in 2022 data reprocessing.
