Adding isolation extra outputs to b_to_xgamma lines

Adds particles for isolation to BsToPhiGamma and BdToKstGamma HLT2 and spruce lines.

BW change in turbo, estimated using Run 291820 from BW estimation directory on eos.

This does not change rates, it only adds extra outputs.
