HLT2/lines: Tune charm detection asymmetry lines

Laurent Dufour requested to merge ld-kpi-asymmetry-lines-tuning into master

A few cuts are added to the detection asymmetry lines in the charm module, based on some first analysis of the lines' output. These changes should cut the rate of the Ds -> pi pi pi and /\c -> p X lines down by > 2x.
