Change electrons particles to include brems for Jpsi->ee maker

Thanks to @mvieites for pointing out that the electrons used to make Jpsi candidates do not include bremsstrahlung correction when discussing the distributions of B->Jpsi(ee)X modes from B2CC super liaison checks. This might be part of the reason that we don't see Jpsi->e+e- peak yet.

This MR changes the Jpsi->e+e- maker to use FunctionalDiElectronMaker with bremsstrahlung added to improve the reconstruction efficiency.

I quickly ran over few signal and minibias MC samples (limited statistics), where the signal selections efficiency is improved while no significant increase of background.
