RecoMon: make correlation relative to ECAL energy (not clusters), move correlations outside gec

A fix to move the correlations outside the GEC. We also noticed that the number of ECAL clusters quickly saturates. So I moved the correlation plots to correlate with the ECAL energy instead and added a histogram that allows to trace the saturation. Goes with Rec!3615 (merged)
