Add a unit test to check the persistency of MC relations table for neutral particles

Hl2 topo lines + sprucing signal neutral line is used to test the propagation of MC relations table for neutral particles:

  • Add a unit test of inclusive Hlt2 line with input signal MC Bs->phigamma.
  • Add a unit test of sprucing on the above {2,3}body topo line using a new added sprucing test line Test_sprucing_neutral_line to spruce Bs->phigamma.
  • Add a unit test of checking the size of MC relations table for neutral particles and make sure they are correctly propagated.
