B_s->\phi\phi and B->\phi K*0 high mass lines

Add two lines for B\to VV studies, for the K^+K^- above the \phi(1020) resonance.

With m(KK)>1050 MeV, two lines are prepared, as:

• B_s^0\to\phi K^+K^-: not observed yet, similar to B_s^0\to\phi \phi
• B_{(s)}^0\to K^{*0} K^+ K^-: observed, similar to B_{(s)}^0\to K^{*0} \phi

Tested trigger rate, estimated using 10k events from upgrade_minbias_hlt1_filtered
