Draft: Add BToPi0Pi0 and multibody b hadron channels with pi0
Hlt2 turbo lines of B->pi0pi0(EM Dalitz) and b->2h/3h/4h pi0 decays, combinations of k/pi/p are included by removing the PID selection.
Rates(run over 100k events) and bandwidth(run over 5k events) are calculated by the expected_2024_min_bias_hlt1_filtered.
