Bnoc update guideline

Remove the outdated testing examples in Moore/Hlt/Hlt2Conf/options/examples/bnoc.

Also trim down README.

In future refer analysts to https://codimd.web.cern.ch/JE62QMvlRuOJEvbnILCoCQ# which can be more easily kept up to date and includes testing examples in the form of snippets.
