SL: reduce bandwidth of electronic B decays

Gary Robertson requested to merge SLB-hlt2-Bc-bwstudy into master

Adding tighter cuts to D0 in Bu -> D0 e nu and Bc -> D0 e nu lines (including fake lepton lines) in order to reduce the bandwidth of these lines.
