Added merged Hlt2RD_BuToHpMuMu_Incl and Hlt2RD_BuToHpMuMu_Incl_SameSign lines

Currently there are three lines for B-> hmumu decays with a large overlap: Hlt2RD_BuToPipMuMu, Hlt2RD_BuToKpMuMu, and Hlt2RD_BuToKpMuMu_2023. They do not cover the full q2 spectrum for Bc -> pimumu decays. The efficiency for Bc decays can be improved also by loosening the FD and IP requirements.

I came up with a proposal to merge the three lines, but I was not aware that Hlt2RD_BuToKpMuMu_2023 was removed (!2955 (merged)). However, the rates and bandwidth of the merged Hlt2RD_BuToHpMuMu_Incl line seem to be reasonable. The proposal is to replace the Hlt2RD_BuToPipMuMu and Hlt2RD_BuToKpMuMu lines by the Hlt2RD_BuToHpMuMu_Incl lines.

Here also some checks.

Based on these checks, the retention is about 2.8e-4. Assuming the expected HLT1 output rate, gives an output rate of 1140 kz * 2.8e-4 = 0.3 kHz. Multiplying the output rate by the expected event size with ISO info saved for parent and children (50 kB) gives a BW = 0.3 kHz * 50 kB ~ 15 MB/s. Subtracting the BW of the replaced lines (around 4 MB/s), gives an overall ballpark increase due to this MR around 10 MB/s.

This line covers B(c)+ -> K+ mumu (J/Psi + psi2S + nonresonant dimuon system), B(c)+ -> pi+ mumu (J/Psi + psi2S + nonresonant dimuon system), giving at least 12 decay modes.
