RD: btostautau non-LFV lines
Added in isolation variables and tuning of btostautau lines.
The lines which are being worked on here are:
btostautau_ee_exclusive_hlt2.py
btostautau_exclusive_hlt2.py
btostautau_mue_exclusive_hlt2.py
Total number of lines modified = 105
Bandwidths (RD lines, turbo):
Before changes: 0.688 GB/s
After changes: 0.714 GB/s
