B2OC: tighen cuts of Ds1 builder

In order to get rid of the error

I changed the following things.

  • Only keep KKPi and KPiPi for ds candidate
  • tighten DOCA cut for Ds2460 builder from 0.5mm to 0.25mm
  • tighten k_pik_min to 0 for kaons from Ds
  • tighten pi_pid_max to 5 for pions from Ds2460

Now the error has gone.
