persist raw banks for Bs->JpsiPhi lines for phis measurements

• adding pv_tracks=True to allow for offline unbias
• persist raw_banks for the most precise measurement in case any misalignment to be studied offline
• Add spruce line for BsToJpsiPhi_extramuonline cc @valukash
• rename tight -> prompt in KS lines as they are very confusing cc @gmeier

with the current minibias sample, bandwidth effect negligible with these changes.
