Draft: Add HLT1 filtering for charm lines

This MR adds HLT1 filters to HLT2 lines where a HLT1 selection will be used at offline level anyways.

Hopefully this reduces the output rates and bandwidth (e.g. by removing candidates selected by HLT1 calibration triggers), at no cost for the analysts.
