Fixing slow line combiner: Charm_D0ToHHHH_BuilderD0ToKmPimPipPip_untight

New cuts to fix the slow 4-body combiner Charm_D0ToHHHH_BuilderD0ToKmPimPipPip_untight.

Solution: As was suggested before, tighter cuts in the daughter particles will fix it.
