Hlt2 lines for CalibMon

Marian Stahl requested to merge mstahl_calibmon into master

These lines don't actually run in Hlt2. They will be picked up by an online monitoring task.

  • move calibmon lines to Moore
  • add lines for muonid and trackeff
  • refactor electron PID lines
