[RTADPA BW Tests] Add IFT module to Sprucing tests

Goes with lhcb-datapkg/PRConfig!403 (merged)

Work towards https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-dpa/project/-/issues/295.

@nskidmor asked us to include IFT into the BW tests. These changes were enough to locally run Moore_spruce_bandwidth including these lines over a small sample size.
