Add isolation information for charm SL lines (See !2262)

We plan to add isolation information for charm SL lines (See !2262 (merged)).

The isolation information is added for modules cbaryon_to_sl and cmeson_to_sl_btag. Some cuts are tightened to mitigate the increase in bandwidth.

From local tests, the bandwidth increase for the updated lines is 8.5 -> 9.7 MB/s for cbaryon_to_sl and 13.4 -> 14.4 MB/s for cmeson_to_sl_btag.
