Add TrackMaterialParametrizer tests that are computing parameterised scatters

Adding configurations and tests to run TrackMaterialParametrizer.

It will write the values of parameterized scatters to reference. However, it needs more events than default tests for good precision. It is done for Long and LongMuon tracks. In the current state, it will not work with DD4HEP.
