Remove the track chi2 in the DiMuonNoIP lines as suggested by @gunther : !3261 (comment 7817351).

We were informed just today that this needed to be done, so sorry about being so close to the deadline @lugrazet and @isanders. @acasaisv will add the change to the BW soon.

BW on master:

Turbo BW: 117.254 kHz; 618.761 MB/s
Full BW: 1.317 kHz; 517.520 MB/s

master + no cutting on track chi2

Turbo BW: 117.254 kHz; 618.761 MB/s
Full BW: 1.317 kHz; 517.520 MB/s

with !2994 (merged) binds + no cut on track chi2

Turbo BW: 117.456 kHz; 619.785 MB/s
Full BW: 1.317 kHz; 517.520 MB/s

thus no effect is present nor expected
