Add phi omega lines

Mark Smith requested to merge masmith/bnoc_phi_omega into bnoc_run3

Add some phi omega lines, fake PID for phi rho and fix a fake PID in an already existing K*phi line. Tested with 100,000 events:

Line Events
Hlt2BnoC_BdsToPhiRho_FakeRhoPi 2
Hlt2BnoC_BdsToPhiRho_FakeRhoDouble 0
Hlt2BnoC_BdsToPhiRho_FakePhiK 2
Hlt2BnoC_BdsToPhiRho_FakePhiDouble 2
Hlt2BnoC_BdsToPhiOmegaResolved_FakePhiK 0
Hlt2BnoC_BdsToPhiOmegaResolved_FakePhiDouble 0
Hlt2BnoC_BdsToPhiOmegaResolved_FakeOmegaPi 0
Hlt2BnoC_BdsToPhiOmegaResolved_FakeOmegaDouble 1
Hlt2BnoC_BdsToPhiOmegaResolved 0
Hlt2BnoC_BdsToPhiOmegaMerged_FakePhiK 0
Hlt2BnoC_BdsToPhiOmegaMerged_FakePhiDouble 0
Hlt2BnoC_BdsToPhiOmegaMerged_FakeOmegaPi 0
Hlt2BnoC_BdsToPhiOmegaMerged_FakeOmegaDouble 0
Hlt2BnoC_BdsToPhiOmegaMergedOutput 0

From the bandwidth test I get a DST of 68K for these 14 lines from running over 100,000 events - giving a bandwidth of 0.68 Mb/s
