Add velo2long turcal lines to sprucing dictionary

In !3006 (merged) we forgot part of the work needed about adding the new lines to the sprucing dictionary as soon as it became available. By now there is a '24 sprucing dict, but these turcal lines were not included. Thanks to @sstahl for noticing.
