SLB: update electronic line selections
Tuning the B->Dlnu lines for l = {e, tau->e}. These were tightened too far in !2779 (closed) limiting our physics too much.
Offline estimates predict that this should increase the SLB sprucing bandwidth by 3%, while multiplying the signal efficiency by 1.7x
