Add infrastructure to check MuonID efficiency

Claire Prouve requested to merge cprouve_muonid into master

Add a category muonHitsInAtLeastTwoStations for the PrChecker in mc_checking_categories.py. Name of new histograms will be 05_long+muonHits. Add function make_links_lhcbids_mcparticles_tracking_and_muon_system that links not only the tracking systems but also the muon stations.

All three names are up for debate :)
