Speed up TT lines
Fixes an issue where lines were using the full (slow) T tracks reconstruction, which had an outsized impact on throughput.
Increases total throughput by 10% compared to current 2024-patches.
Bandwidth can only go down, since the new input to the changed lines is a subset of the previous input
