Goals
Include modifications towards the deadline of May 15th, following !3157 (merged). Related to #710 (closed). These changes include tweaks to lines, bug fixes and the inclusion of downstream lines.
Modifications to be included:

Bring rates and bandwidths down to a reasonable level < 100 Hz, < 10 MB/s -
Understand the lines that report empty monitoring plots #761 (closed) -
Implement more lines that require downstream reconstruction #662 -
Tackle the issue of having lines that make too many combinations #756 (closed), #737, #705 (closed) -
Remove duplicated lines #704 -
Revisit the prescales of the lines based on HLT1 filtered minimum bias data -
Bug fix for Upsilon(2s) -> Upsilon(1s) pipi line @rquaglia [ see parent_id
