B2OC: Tuning of the DToKsHH builder (shifters please ignore)

Cut tuning to solve the max. combination issue with the D0ToKsHH builder.

  1. require IPCHI2 > 6 for all pions or kaons from D (this will affect all lines with D -> Ks h h)
  2. tighten PID cut for BuToD0H, D0ToKsHH lines: was pi_pidk_max=20, k_pidk_min=-10, now pi_pidk_max=10, k_pidk_min=-5 (PIDK cut of kaon equals to the default value)
  3. remove MVA cut of BuToD0H, D0ToKsHH lines. (now a cut of 0.2 is applied by default)
