Minor docs changes to running-over-real-data docs

Docs changes:

• Update 2024 data example to newest min bias sample available, and write HLT1 output rate in doc string,
• Add some missing DD4HEP binds to the real-data example,
• Fix some minor text-wrapping and typo issues in docs,
• A few other minor changes to make sure the change of examples still work OK.
