Draft: TrackEff Electron line - Reduce PIDe cut to increase electron statistics and align with muonic cut.

Reduce PIDe cut on the tagging electron (from PIDe>5 to PIDe>1) to increase the electron statistics needed to get a precise measurement of the electron tracking efficiencies (should not affect too much the rate that was already very low: 0.02kHz). This line is the only Run 3 line dedicated to measuring electron tracking efficiencies.
