SL: Adding Monitoring Plots for Hlt2 and Spruce

This MR aims to add more monitoring plots that will be of interest to the WG. The list of available plots is below, but the framework is also put in place for defining more plots.

The added plots are:

  • Corrected B mass
  • Mass of charm decay product (where applicable)
  • B mass split by charge (where applicable)
  • B Charge (where applicable)
