Make some changes to get a few RD lines back in shape

This MR targets a few things:

  • restore the mass windows for the Kpi and pipi and 3h systems in the b2xll and b2xgamma lines
  • applying a DOCA requirement for the tau->Nmu lines to reduce potentially high number of combinations
  • loosen a bit the kinematic requirements for B26mu and B26muK lines because they are too tight.

I calculated the rates with this snippet https://gitlab.cern.ch/-/snippets/3115 (100k events) and also attach the Moore log. hlt2rates_data.txt rd_hlt2_file.log
