Including upstream electrons in the dst_to_dee module for the UT scenario

This MR is dedicated to including upstream electron tracks in the dst_to_dee module selection for the UT scenario.

Given the nature of this decay, soft photons decaying into a pair of electrons, upstream electrons are very suited to increase the trigger efficiency.
