Uncomment downstream lines for bu2ksh

latest rate results for Bu2kshDDline(100,000evt). The min bias sample is expected_2024_min_bias_hlt1_filtered_v2

I used BuToKSKp_DD and BuToKSPip_DD for testing.

I modified the make_b2ksh builder.

the bandwidth values:

file_size is 12k, options.evt_max is 10,000, and input rate is 1000.

b/w (GB/s) = 0.001171875 (GB/s)

For BuToKSKp_LL and BuToKSPip_LL:
